    Regulating abortion to death

In Kansas, a proposed bill would micromanage abortion clinics right down to the font:

If Kansas state lawmakers have their way, women seeking an abortion in the state will first have to receive a detailed professional history of the doctor performing the procedure — and it must be in black, 12-point Times New Roman font on white paper.

The bill, believed to be the first of its kind in the country, would require abortion clinics to provide patients with printed information detailing doctors’ educational history, disciplinary and malpractice record, and when they started working at the clinic.

I wonder what people would think if gun rights were treated this way?

Other states have done the same and lost in the courts. State legislatures are not that much different that the national one.

Pass legislation that cost no money. Unfunded mandates.

The Courts will clean their mess...at a cost to the constituents.

But in the mean time: the courts are not free. And the courts could be doing more useful things. It's just a waste.

It's too bad females don't have a pill or something so they wouldn't have to get an abortion.

Why don't you offer to support the women through pregnancy and then look after the kids till they are through school?

Abortion, one of the shiny objects (gays, illegals, mooslems, gun taken away are others) dangled in front of conservatives while politician's rich buddies take turns gang raping them

Too bad old guys don't have uterus or something so they could weigh in with some legitimacy about what women do with theirs.

    Pro-Lifers already do this.... ... . OOPS..

9 dollars a month, 1 norplant device no pregnancy for 5 years... change your mind 14 dollars to remove it and then you can get pregnant.

Its a growing trend for conservatives to circumvent the will of the people in order to rig the system.

Abortion rights are not in the constitution, gun rights are.
