You know there was a blip in the news last year about how were running low on some mineral used in electric batteries. Then suddenly we are all in with NK. I do sometimes wonder if that is the total impetus. The US has a history of being unconcerned until we want something they have.

I don't doubt this will be good for North Korea, but will it be good for the US?
Yet Trump thinks NAFTA is bad,or the TPP?

    Me too.

    Not #metoo, just me too.

    It said unemployment 3.6%.

Did it say that was the projection?

    Maybe.

I didn't read the entire article, but that was in the headline.

I'm all out of curious, do you have a second choice?

What has Trump done about outsourcing? Nothing. Tariffs don't affect this.

Shrug.

    This makes little sense.

Trumps tariffs are dumb, but not as dumb as ignoring unfair trade deals and foreign tarrifs. I think he could have went about evening the playing field in a better way.

The problem is outsourcing to exploit cheap labor in other countries. He doesn't even talk about it. The tax cuts were supposed to cause companies to swarm back to the US, but they didn't.

    The issue remains unaddressed.

Issue remains unaddressed but due to low unemployment and a shortage of workers, many are saying "Trump is winning" because companies are now offering all sorts of perks and bonuses and better pay. Shale industry in Texas is offering 100% raises due to the work shortage. Another disconnect.
