    Feminism has a labeling issue. *isms and *ists generally are attached to words that are exclusionary or negatively targeting of a group. But suddenly feminism means you champion equal rights.

    Why not just be for equality. That's easier to understand than 'feminist' or 'feminism'.

    Hmm. But Liberalism, Conservatism. I suppose *isms are also attached to political philosophies. I don't think Feminism is a political philosophy though. I think equality is a moral principle.
