    Feh.

Some members of a disorganized grassroots group have poorly written signs that make analogies you don't like.

The official stance of this major lobbying organization is that we should treat people differently on the basis of race.

    Pot, Kettle. Pun intended.

You won't find ANYTHING like that in the TEA party platform.
When did they get a platform? Do you have proof of an actual official platform? Sorry, but we require proof as well. You know, we can't just take someone's word for things around here.

Have a link to both groups charters where we can compare the exact wording that shows that?
(how do we know the black panthers who spout racism aren't just "Some members of a disorganized grassroots roup" too?)

"Analogies YOU don't like"????...Do YOU like them? (be honest & courageous....It's a free country)

There is no Tea Party charter.

As for the NAACP, you now have to be a member on their email list to see their website, but their stance on Affirmative Action is a matter of public record.

Let Me Google That For You.

You might want to start a thread about the new Black Panther Party.... this is about racist Teasackers.
But, like I stated in my opening post, I find racism amongst the TeaSackers constantly, but more importantly, my kids did too.

So you can't back up this allegation, right?

If you allege something it's your responsibility to prove it....Not ours to search the internet to find proof of YOUR allegation.
(I think it prudent to believe you're FOS)
You claimed the OFFICIAL STANCE was that we "should treat people differently on the basis of race"...Prove it!

Can't be bothered to make a click? Lazy, lazy.

ATLANTA, July, 13—Declaring that "race and skin color" still dominate every aspect of American life, NAACP President Kweisi Mfume said today that protecting the nation's embattled affirmative action programs must remain at the top of the civil rights group's agenda.
Affirmative Action is both relevant and necessary... Affirmative Action will always be necessary.

NAACP PASSES MICHIGAN AFFIRMATIVE ACTION RESOLUTION DURING 96TH ANNUAL CONVENTION

    July 13, 2005
Affirmative Action IS necessary for realizing democracy in our nation

Milwaukee Delegates to the 96th Annual NAACP convention voted to support the efforts of civil rights groups and organizations in Michigan to oppose efforts to amend the Michigan Constitution to end Affirmative Action.
The NAACP wants people to be treated differently - in the eyes of the law - on the basis of race.

    It is naked hypocrisy.

I guess you can't have one without the other.
Perhaps they should have a boxing reality show? Kind of like Celebrity Boxing.

    a) No, you edited it in past the point I read your initial post.

    b) Does it even need to be dignified with an answer? No, I don't think I would ever walk around with a sign saying "Congress : Slave Owner :: Taxpayer : Niggar."

What you have to understand it that ultimately all taxation is coercion, because if you don't pay up, eventually they don't send a man in a suit with a clipboard and a pen, they send the men with guns. It is therefore the duty of Congress to minimize that coercion, and run government as efficiently as possible, to reduce the need for taxation.

The taxpayer as slave simile is a bit strained, but I see what it's trying to say.
