Can you give us where you got this information ? Ive "heard" directly the opposite. I looked for awhile this morning for something one way or the other, I cant find anything without all the thousands of blogs on the subject now.

Where is your proof that this is indeed where what happened ?

Well, I dont actually believe that, but Im on a mission to at least find some sort of ground for agreement in the circumstances. Maybe if we can get an agreement on some small stuff we can work outward.

Its a forum, I learned years ago that anonymous people on the internet can be quite nasty....because they remain anonymous. Id rather conduct myself like I do in real life, but I understand fully how it really works.....

I'd like to know for certain one way or the other myself. Problem is that sometimes newpaper reporters today who should be more credible are taking blog reports uncritically and reporting them as fact.
It doesn't change the case either way. It doesn't alter the circumstances of the killing. It's just a reflection on the police.
