Fraid not. Black Americans have a lower average fertility rate than Hispanics, and it's declined pretty rapidly over the last twenty years. The white fertility rate, on the other hand, has increased recently - even excluding Hispanic Americans. Source

You haven't seen my face. And I am just as 'black' as you are 'white'. There's a lot more that goes into our genetics than a word, and THAT'S what I mean when I'm being flip and saying things like "I am the future face of America".
