I have to agree with DD here.

Ebola isn't that effective unless its in a heavily populated area.

Other diseases would be much more effective.

It could have been a test I suppose but I haven't seen anything on my conspiracy monitor yet so I doubt it.

Basically if us conspiracy people aren't talking about it then there is zero chance of it being legit.

There is more evidence for Chemtrails than the Ebola virus being manmade and Chemtrails were debunked a long time ago.

A man made virus would never choose this inefficient form of transmission:

It is believed that between people, Ebola disease spreads only by direct contact with the blood or other body fluids of a person who has developed symptoms of the disease. Body fluids that may contain Ebola viruses include saliva, mucus, vomit, feces, sweat, tears, breast milk, urine and semen.

Any mad scientist worth his salt would make the genocidal virus transmittable by air, for maximum exposure.

Man-eating zombies? Hmm. Brad Pitt is really cute here.

    Exactly correct.

It would be something like smallpox.

If the mad scientist wanted to keep better control of who got the virus and where, he would make it exactly the way Ebola is spread. By blood and bodily fluids. He wouldn't want it to be spread by air---because then it might infect the wrong population.

Ebola has almost no life span outside of the host making it ineffective.

In order for it to work you would need to ensure that your host target was in a heavily populated area so it can spread.

Its not airborne so you need places like community gatherings where people share stuff for it to work.

Its just unreliable as a weapon.

It could work extremely well given the right circumstances but getting those circumstances is a shot in the dark.

An airborne gas would work much better than any disease and we already have those engineered.

Professor Francis Boyle, scholar of biowarfare and international law believes the current Ebola virus has been genetically modified from the Ebola virus that was first seen in Africa in the 1980's. The old virus was spread a lot slower and wasn't as deadly, he says. Professor Boyle used to be a member of the govt's Committee of Military Use of Biotechnology.
