As this will if its true.

However this would be much worse, allowing a player to possibly be hurt would probably be a criminal offense.

You don't find that odd at all huh?

This is a serious safety risk to a quarterback, he could be seriously injured if they are allowing rushers to him whenever.
You have to be sitting there posting the most inane and ridiculous fantasy you can think of to see what people say. Noone is that stupid. Or I take that back, there is one.

Here's where Derek Carr's problems began. He gets excellent protection, very few quarterbacks can expect an intact pocket like that for more than five seconds, and he faced a dangerous pincer movement from his blind left that Marshawn Lynch, supported by Donald Penn, stuffed pretty nicely. But Carr made an ill-advised deep, high arcing throw into coverage, the kind of ball that a safety loves to eat for breakfast. Montae Nicholson times his jump perfectly and just snatches it out of the air, knew what he was going to do the moment Carr let it go.

That's the kind of play that upsets offensive cohesion for the rest of the game, with a QB doubting himself and the offensive line disappointed. That's what happened.

Let me guess, Pragmatist is trolling me and not addressing the OP at all.

He's on ignore so I can't see it.

These leagues have always made it known that any player who throws a game *will* face criminal charges and witness the sudden and total death of his career. That's the Black Sox precedent. There is no way that any player or group of players is going to conspire to do that just to make a political statement. The evidence that they did in fact throw the game is basically nonexistent, supported only by these talk radio trolls who know nothing about football.

"Erm he didn't get sacked last year so they were throwing the game" LOL!

You are forgetting the admission part.

It should be investigated don't you agree?

Nobody admitted anything. You don't even know the name of the guy who supposedly did.

The leagues take such accusations, if they have any merit, very seriously. They went to court with Tom Brady for two years over some sketchy footballs, angering a lot of players in the process. That does not begin to approach the notion of throwing a game.

Since it never happened or course it will be covered up.

We will see how serious they take it or if they sweep it under the rug.

If there is nothing here the investigation shouldn't take long at all.
