You might as well stick to facts; trump is an asshole with troll doll hair, etc... Stuff that actually fits, inventing reasons, doesn't help.

Last project I worked on in construction; the owners got sued by:
    - plumbers
    - electricians
    - glaziers
    - pipe fitters
    - concrete workers
    - tile layers
    - the first 20 floors of tenants (a 3/4" loss spread over an entire floor, on a 10 year lease is millions)
    - HVAC contractors

So, when the job was complete and tenants began moving in, was 25 lawsuits.... That's not counting the lawsuits where the electrician contractor sues the drywall guys for cutting too many wires, etc... That's 1 developer on a single project, there's a reason why those people will have entire floors worth of lawyers. Entire floors and accountants, etc...

Perhaps you should consider seeking employment with a competent company?

Look, I don't know about the other aspects, but I did work construction a long time. I know how that industry works.

For example; I know of at least one project won a bid because the person pulled out a handgun placed on the desk and declared it his job, and asked if they had any questions.

Yes, your analysis is wrong. It’s based on conspiracy.

From my link you didn't bother to read:

Of Trump's involvement in the lawsuits, his lawyer Alan Garten said in 2015 that this was "a natural part of doing business in [the United States]",[5][6] and in the real estate industry, litigation to enforce contracts and resolve business disputes is indeed common.[5] Trump has, however, been involved in far more litigation than fellow real-estate magnates; the USA Today analysis in 2016 found that Trump had been involved in legal disputes more than Edward J. DeBartolo Jr., Donald Bren, Stephen M. Ross, Sam Zell, and Larry Silverstein combined.[
