    Russia Lauches Airstrikes into Syria

Things in Syria changed in the last hour as Russia shows us how it's done. While the Russian military is a mess, they've got something we don't, a strong leader.

Give me a fucking break. All they did is exactly what Obama has been doing.

    Hail Putin!

Jeez you partisan hacks are a disgrace.

The development came after Pentagon officials brushed aside an official request from Russia to clear air space over northern Syria, where Moscow intends to conduct airstrikes against ISIS on behalf of Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad, according to sources who spoke to Fox News.

The request was made by a Russian three-star general who spoke with U.S. officials at the American embassy in Baghdad, sources said. The general, who was not identified, used the word "please" when delivering the verbal request, known as a "demarche," according to the written transcript of the exchange.

"If you have forces in the area we request they leave," the general said.

A senior Pentagon official said the U.S., which has also been conducting air strikes against ISIS, but does not support Assad, said the request was not honored.

The Russians have also asked the US to remove warplanes from the area.

Putin got permission from President Obama. I'm glad that we don't have a President who believes that the only way that he can appear "strong" to his constituency is by sending our kids across the globe to fight other people's wars. Russia can have Syria, so far as I'm concerned. We have no use for that dysfunctional hell-hole, and the only responsibility that we have for the situation there is the fact that our previous administration created chaos in the region by attacking the wrong nation in response to 9/11. Let Russia send their kids to fight the extremists attempting to take control of Russia's ally Syria. Let them prop up a puppet dictator after Abbas is gone. Let Russia be the target of the radical extremists who will inevitably rebel against this puppet dictator.

We've played this game far too many times in the past. We should have learned by now how it ends. If you want to go to war in Syria, then move your ass to Russia.

    * US First Amendment Hackery *

The US does what the saudis tell them to do , which is to defeat secular assad ; even though , obama is trying to double deal to dismantle them by supporting the humiliated and defeated punks of arab dictates - the farcical farsi .

Our leader has been in the forefront doing this with the coalition. As for Putin, good for him as it is better late than never.

Jeez you guys kill me. It is as if you don't even know what Obama has been doing in Syria and Iraq. Good grief.
    Thanks from NightSwimmer and MaryAnne
