Trump Backs Off Key Elements Of His Immigration "Plan"--

Trump Walks Away from Low-Immigration, High-Wage Plan

Interestingly, this story showed up on "Trump Central"...aka Breitbart, the biggest Trump cheerleading rightwing website out there.

BNN also had a laudatory article praising Marco Rubio...loathed by the Breitbarters as a "pro-amnesty RINO"

Is the bloom off the rose for Trump and even Breitbart is building some CYA for itself to be able to support the RNC-approved Rubio?

he can't put the toothpaste back in the tube:

    Fact:

Jeff Sessions and Dick Durbin have legislation in the senate to get the DOJ to investigate H1 B visa fraud

    H1 B visa fraud = 21% of the visa's issued

86% of the H1-B visa were given to workers from India working in IT

One of the biggest beggars for these visas is Microsoft; tech tops the list by the first twenty companies

Hospitals are also petitioners of H1 B visas.

H1 B visas with "O" status were given to workers at Disney, low skilled coders, with no advanced degree as it is defined by State.

Disney laid off American workers, and prior to severance, forced them to train their foreign replacements under the guise of being "black listed" and not eligible for rehire for at least one year.

The promoter of that bill when he was in the Florida State Legislature? Marco Rubio.

We need to close door the H1-B visa program in it's entirety, and let the unemployment rate level out with American workers FIRST.

And then review the wage scales to determine if the wages as defined by free enterprise, and no WIC, no Section 8, no Medicaire for these foreign "disadvantaged and not so highly degreed workers" level out.

Remember, making 10 dollars less an hour than an American means nothing, if you are getting food stamps, regulated housing costs, and free medical. OH! and you are paying no SS,,,

    Remember that.

    It'll be a tough sell.

The Nativist and racist Right LOATHE Rubio for promoting immigration reform (as much as they loathe Jeb for pushing it too).....

but the RNC has no choice, both demographically and electorally.

Trump would be a disaster...so would any "hard-liner" on immigration would be, for a Party that's own "2012 Autopsy Report" told them they had to stop bashing Latinos.

Plus they also need to promote this "fresh, young Republican Party" meme.....for a Party rapidly aging.

Given Jeb's poor performance last night....it's starting to look like Marco will be the guy the GOP Establishment may push for their Nominee in 2016.

    These visas aren't going to Latinos, they are going to the Asians from India;

To the tune of 86% in 2014.

I have nothing against free enterprise, BUT when you "subsidize" the program thru government hand outs, thus eliminating the normalized data to reflect what's REALLY going on, then I have a problem with it.

This is a failed model; it is flawed and it's abused, it needs to stop, we are killing our own workers, 20% of the workforce in this country are H1-B visa holders. they are not contributing to SS, they have more advantaged than disadvantaged areas in this country where the work force is unemployed, like Detroit, and other places in the Mid west.

it's a hard sell in the Mid West, they are suffering more than the coasts, BUT the coasts are enjoying the benefits of this corporate welfare under the guise of "we can't find workers here" that's total bullshit, Rubio got caught on it last night and he quickly stated a company would have to "post a job" for 180 days prior to applying for a visa. That is such nonsense, he is actually thinking that anyone who works in tech, would wait 180 days to fill a position. The joke in Silicon Valley is you can change your job and not change your car pool. The transient atmosphere in Silicon Valley is legendary. No tech company would wait 180 days. he's a fool.

This one, can be easily fixed, it has bi-partisan support.

And it should be fixed, NOW
