I really can't believe this guy successfully argued the "bush coronation" before the Supreme Court; I mean how fucking dumb are Scalia and Thomas???

    How fucking dumb are they?

Cruz is so obviously "smarmy" in his delivery, it's almost cloying to the point of political diabetes,,,

And his latest catch word about Trump's temper? it's just a shiny dangling object to dangle before the "brain dead" kittens.

Who vote against their own interests, time after time after time...

I believe he was successful because he was correct. Bush was the legitimate winner of the 2000 election.

Was Cruz correct in directing his staff to lie about Carson's campaign?
    Thanks from the watchman

I suspect Cruz is going to get an FEC sanction of some kind, slap on the wrist. You can't put out false information to voters that one of your rivals is no longer in the race. Perhaps he's technically not liable because the caucus is run by the party, not the state or federal governments, but in principle it's tampering with the free and fair nature of the election.

It ultimately matters little, Cruz faces a tall order to secure second place in New Hampshire and Rubio may threaten his position in South Carolina and Nevada. If he gets knocked back into third place or worse it will take some serious wind out of his sails in a way I don't see him easily recovering from.

    He most certainly was not.

There is a story where he directed them? I missed it, can you share a link?

What I did see is that CNN reported Carson leaving to Florida, then D.C.. I also saw that 3 days prior, a bunch of Carson staff in Iowa defected to Cruz.

That will certainly hurt. But, he has one of the biggest war chests in the game and he's frugal. The dude flies Southwest Airlines. He needs Trump to fall, that is where he will start picking up votes. Also, as people like Paul drop out those votes go to him too. It will get interesting.
