    eHarmony.com Being Sued

Why? Is it just to poke their finger in the founders eye, a known Christian? Aren't there plenty of other dating services lesbians & gays could use?

This does seem kind of stupid. I mean, eHarmony is losing out on money willingly. Someone in turn could capitalize on this open market by making a site only for gays and lesibians. I'm sure I could find a site that only caters to homosexuals, thats discrimination to straights. What about JDate.com? Isn't that a sort of discrimination too?

Meanwhile, Eharmonys offical response makes perfect sense. They'll probably lose.

I don't know how any sane person could expect a company/business to offer a service they don't have. That's why i think it's just a way to poke eHarmonys founder in the eye. I hope the suit is thrwon out.

I think this is a crock. And yes there are a lot of gay only dating sites and the whole tone of those sites are much different than eharmony.

This is the same as forcing stores to allow anyone in.

    Pointless.

No, it's not...The internet is unregulated...try again. With this, the case should be thrown out regardless.

    Yes it is.

It's pointless, and not the government's business.
