Southern Dad uses the same tactics every time. He thinks we don't notice. Remember if you don't do things just like he does that means that you are always on the wrong side. You always win an argument if you set the parameters.

It's odd but I believe that child pornographers belong in prison. We can see who, at least in this forum are on the side of the child pornographers. Nice.

What's odd is the complete lack of regard and respect you have for the IV Amendment, after all it is one of the 10 Amendments that compose the Bill Of Rights.

Oh, Quelle surprise!!! His standard "the libs are ALWAYS on the side of the EVIL lawbreakers!!!"
    What a joke you are.

Apparently, despite what he says, he is not a fan of the law.

Odd, has the Supreme Court ruled on this? If you give your computer to Best Buy to work on it and they discover child pornography on it, where does it say they have to keep quiet? Are they like priests in the confessional? Is there a technician / pervert confidentiality?

I hope the case does indeed go before the SCOTUS for a ruling.

That is not the subject. Re-read the OP.

Bull fucking shit, SD. You can't see shit with your phoney baloney argument.

It's not odd at all, that I believe child pornographers belong in prison, too. But I also believe, that in order to search someone's computer hard drive, you need probable cause to suspect that a particular person does indeed have child porn.

And I believe that even with probable cause, you're going to need a fucking search warrant. You cannot simply search a person's hard drives because he leaves his computer with someone to fix a particular problem. I also think that those others who say you need a warrant, do not support child pornographers either.

So why don't you take your disingenuous bull crap, and shove it back up whatever orifice you pulled it from.
