Do you consume anything other than right wing and domestic news and current events? If you do you'd know that's simply not true.

Y'all know I'm no fan of DJT, but if you watch the second video on the page, it's clear that he both shook her hand and walked out to the car to greet her.

Donald Trump says Fox News analyst who claimed GCHQ behind Obama 'wiretap' is a 'very talented legal mind'

Plenty of reason to be critical of Donald. No need to fabricate others.

    ETA: Still of the handshake:

2nd ETA: Watching the OA video, it appears that he doesn't hear the request. Not that he's intentionally declining. Now, if you want to take issue with his RBF, I think that's fair game.

I'm sorry, but I read many local, national and international news sources.

I simply cannot take your personal word as an absolute validation and truth that "only right winger think that" when clearly the subjective nature of individuals themselves would statistically prove you to be incorrect in your declaration of "only".

Pollster Forschungsgruppe Wahlen has Merkel’s approval rating now at 74 percent, which is much higher than any of her peers in Europe. U.S. President Donald Trump’s approval rating in the United States stands at 42 percent in the latest Gallup poll.
Trump Factor Improves Angela Merkel?s Re-Election Prospects

Majorities of residents in 48 countries approve of Germany’s leadership. Nineteen of these are EU member countries, and another five are in Europe.

I'm sorry, but those links did nothing to support your assertion that "only right wingers think that". I appreciate your effort, but sometimes it is better to understand that making a wide-sweeping generalization claim is usually folly. This is the same argument that can be used when someone on the right declares "only Liberals think abortion is a right", or "only Muslims think Terrorism is acceptable". It simply is not true.

Thank you but I still have to respectfully disagree with your assertion.

Okay, you're right. Most right wingers think that and they are in the minority.

Yeah, that's nice. Julius Streicher didn't hang in vain.
