And it was Bernie's fault he lost the Primary. Living way out in the country I doubt you even voted. Being 18 you had to register.

There's only so much even Bernie can do when the top of the ticket is so detached.

it wouldn't have made any fucking difference what State she visited after Comey pulled his bullshit. Explain to me what she could have done after that? I said right then and there that Comey just handed Trump the election. If it were Sanders you know damned well you'd be saying the same thing.

Being popular and being powerful are two different things. Bernie isn't even a Democrat. He isn't getting as much attention from mainstream Democrats since he lost the primary and went back to being an Independent. His base consists of leftists who have always been there, they've merely voted for Green Party candidates in recent elections -- if they voted at all. The Democratic Party won't gain influence by becoming an extremist party. We already have one of those. We don't need two.

No he didn't, Hillary was a terrible candidate.

Actually, no, because unlike you I blame a candidate for losing. And I blame Bernie for losing.

Bernie's supporters and their attitudes played a major role in him losing. Just as their attitudes today are still playing a role in undermining anything he does.

and I'm not going to "blame" Hillary for losing either. I blame her for the mistakes she made. I just don't believe those mistakes should have cost her the election. Unlike you, I don't refuse to admit other contributing factors played a part. Factors that no other presidential candidate in history had to contend with. You're just being dishonest if you don't admit that.

Why didn't he run as an Independent, Amelia? Tell us WHY. And those are the undeniable, non-debatable facts of the matter.
If he had run as an independent, Democrats would be screaming even more loudly.

He made a valiant primary effort, and then as promised, he supported Hillary in the general. Running as a third party candidate WOULD be an effort to take away left-leaning votes from the Democratic nominee, but he didn't do that.

    He kept his promise.

Hillary didn't care enough to campaign for herself in Wisconsin during the general. Talk about idle. She was too busy rubbing elbows with celebrities. Bernie campaigned for her here when she couldn't be bothered.

    Hillary lost Wisconsin.

But keep trying to show how it's Bernie's fault that Democrats lost so many seats for the last 7 years, and couldn't even win the Senate in 2016.

Hillary was SO terrible that she lost to Trump.

    It shouldn't have been close.

Democrats should have won the Senate.

But they screwed up so bad.

And somehow this is Bernie's fault that people didn't trust Democrats to lead them into the next four years.
