Again who cares? It worked for Trump and Putin. Polls are up and it got some heat off them regarding the Trump and Russia connection. Who ever did it, Trump and Putin thank-you.

Other than it gives the US a chance to step in, why should we automatically believe it was the Syrian government?

Seems like there was a lot less questioning about who did it this time. Maybe that's because it was more obvious, but I certainly never heard what made it obvious.
The US showed the "radar track" of the planes that took off, bombed, and returned to base.

Exactly when it happened, and how it happened.

Seems the US is like Putin's Russia, these days: can't tolerate a dissenting opinion... Sad.

So you don't care if this ends us in another never ending war? Its a really horrible thing that we are becoming so politicized that we no longer care about that. What have we come to?

Could be that Assad was putting Trump to the test to see if he could clown him on th world stage like he did Obama for years.

Its very reminiscent of the early days of the Iraq war where if you questioned it you were unpatriotic and un American. Dissenting opinions weren't allowed. Here we are again in a similar circumstance.

You can see gas in the air on the radar track? Is that your X-man mutant superpower?

ISIS fighters are being paid $750 a month. Who do you think can afford to pay them?

And have sophisticated equipment, including tanks, APCs, mobile artillery, etc. They have serious external support. Most likely - the Saudis. Though Turkey probably USED TO also, I don't think Erdogan STILL does. He is all buddy-buddy with Putin now, after all.

I really don't know. But I feel like if we are honest, we at least have to put everyone up with a motive and try to figure it out. I have to admit with the media and the so called intelligence reports it all pointed to Assad. But now there are several scientists looking at the evidence and saying "wait a minute." So all options must be on the table or we go off again like in Iraq. Intelligence said....
