Gonzalo Curiel, the judge Donald Trump attacked as a candidate because of his “Mexican heritage,” will hear another case involving the president — this time, a lawsuit filed against his administration by a 23-year-old undocumented immigrant who was recently deported. Juan Manuel Montes, who had protected status under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, also known as the Dreamers program, filed a complaint on Tuesday arguing that government officials who deported him to Mexico failed to offer him documents outlining why his deportation was legal.

Curiel, the judge assigned the case, previously oversaw a pair of California lawsuits against Trump University, which eventually resulted in a settlement.

Prompting widespread accusations of racism, Trump lashed out at the judge, claiming that he was unable to hear the case fairly because he was “Mexican.” Curiel, whose parents were Mexican immigrants, was born in Indiana.

Wonder if MM is smart enough to keep his mouth shut this time.

And WTH? DACA kids were NOT supposed to be deported.
What a HOOT! Irony on STEROIDS.

Republicans have just got to honor Judge Curiel in whatever decision he reaches especially if it is favorable to Mr. Montes. Seems like when a Republican goes to court and gets a Republican judge or several of them they tend to rule in his or her favor a lot. One just has to wonder about that! Therefore, this is a test to see if Republicans will honor Judge Curiel should he rule in favor of Mr. Montes.

Calexico is in the United States...

He was arrested in Calexico, in California, USA. From there he was deported to Mexicali without a hearing. He was arrested again trying to return from Mexico after an illegal deportation without a hearing.

We just have to see the blatant hypocrisy in doing that to Mr. Montes with his not getting a hearing. We just have to wonder if he was from another country and had gone to and from that country, other than Mexico, if he had been treated the same?

It appears that the government is claiming the initial deportation never took place.

    Scary.

Montez has to prove they drported him the 1st time. He said they made him sign documents, well, we will see when it gets to the court. I firmly believe he is a liar.
