You ever thought about discussing the thread so you make sense, rather then rambling about something unrelated to the thread

Lets hear what you think about the FFRF offering a badge to the Boy Scouts to promote atheism. Just in case you forgot, that's what this thread is about

I was a Scout and they aren't religious, but they do promote good morals and had a church service if camp was on Sundays. The FFRF is trying to force their Atheist views on the scouts by offering a badge to them for telling others how great Atheism is. so much for believing in Nothing.

So in your opinion Atheist now believe in something? Sounds like they are promoting an ideology now

The Freedom From Religion Foundation wants Scouts to embrace Atheism. This is why they offer a badge. Its just another attack on the Scouts that started the idea of Honoring God and being Morally straight. Atheist can't sue them, so they will beat them down until they give in and promote atheism. They have been practicing at Bullying and are very good at it

Probably their biggest complaint, really, is that BSA gets money from the government, making it a government-sponsored religious group. While I agree a private religious group should have freedom of religion, it should not be receiving money from the government.

For that matter, it should have no government support at all and should not be anywhere in the U.S. Code. But see 36 U.S.C. § 30901 et seq.
That sounds odd, Never heard of the scouts being government funded. i saw that one source, do you have another source that shows government funding. They are usually funded by private companies

How can they be "not religious" if they are holding church services? That does not make sense.

Only to the degree that Scouts embrace theism. You cannot have it both ways.

The FFRF "bullies" no one. The Xians are the bullies.
