Actually, it's not. If it were, you'd point out the alternative, which you can't because there isn't one. You can let Iran make nukes (as we were doing before), or you can delay them from making nukes (which is what we've done), or you can make war on them (which is the only other way to keep them from getting nukes). Those are the three options. I'm assuming you're not in favor of letting them make nukes on their original timetable, so war is the only alternative.

Calling it a false choice is a lot like thinking you can save insurance for people with pre-existing conditions without an onerous requirement that healthy people have to have insurance. The GOP has been claiming this for years but they have no plan to get it done. With Iran it's same-o, same-o.

    First sentence of the OP...
Donald Trump's White House has renewed sanctions relief for Iran

The new sanctions from the Treasury are much more specific in scope, targeting two senior Iranian defence officials and suppliers of missile equipment, in apparent retaliation for a recent missile test, and for Iran's support of President Bashar al-Assad in Syria.
From the link in the OP.

Because you do too much bashing of people that are bashing Trump and are more than willing to steer a thread to the Clintons. It's like you want to defend the Trumpsters by deflecting instead of staying on topic and giving your own opinion. I give you credit here though for taking a stand in this one.

If I have an opinion on something I say it. I don't throw the ball into the bushes to see how many people go looking for the ball. I prefer to stay on the field and play the game.In other words why deflect from what Trump is doing by referring to some one that is not in power and was never President herself.
If you have an opinion and can back it up with relevant information do it. But this, well its better than HRC is Bull shit.

The Clintons are over. The last one left elected office 16 years ago. Why anyone would bother to mention them as a serious comparison is hard to understand--unless they are desperate to muddy the waters.

BTW, I also criticize people who listen to or make threads about anything Mrs. Clinton has said since the election. She's irrelevant, or at least she needs to be for Dems to move on.

You mean to tell me the only choice for dealing with Iran is rolling over for them and kissing the mullah's asses by sending them pallets full of cash and giving them whatever they want or all out war?
Sanctions brought Iran to the table to begin with. We gave all that up for this shitty deal that enriches Iran and makes them stronger. The only thing we got was at best a delay. Meanwhile, Iran spit in the face of the US after the deal. A leader would have cut off Iran's access to materials needed to create nuclear weapons and negotiated a deal that dismantled Iran's nuclear infrastructure. But Obama had this idiotic policy that if we were mindlessly nice then maniacs like the leadership of Iran then they'll be do what we want. And as a result we are living in a world where no part of it is more stable than when Obama took office.
I hope the president who has to deal with a nuclear Iran is a better man than Obama or Trump because neither one of them was up to the job. Trump is a clown who doesn't have a clue. It might be too late to undo the Iran deal. Russian and European corporate interests are pretty happy with the sanctions being gone so I'm sure they sent Obama a nice fruit basket. Good luck with anyone getting those sanctions back no matter what Iran does. And clueless Trump who probably gave what he wanted for lunch today more thought than he has ever given Iran is just going to go along with whatever the last thing someone told him was and reinforce this awful deal.
    Thanks from pragmatic

So lets not study history that happened more than 10 years ago huh?

That's a pretty funny coming from people who spent eight years deflecting any criticism of Obama by blaming Bush.
I guess you missed the point that I was invoking Clinton's name to criticize Trump.
Imagine that. Someone can be critical of both. It's almost as if they aren't thinking along partisan lines!
