    But as we have seen recently money hasn't decided elections at all. So there is that as well. We saw how raising a lot of money gave Bernie and Trump ammunition to use against Hillary. As I said its not always a good thing anymore when someone uses it against another and makes it stick.

    As I noted in the other thread on this, comparing what the House Democrats raised for their campaigns to what the RNC raised is apples and oranges.

    Do we have numbers for the DNC? And do we have numbers for what House Republicans have raised for their campaigns?

    but they do have nearly twice as many seats to defend in the senate as the republicans do. many in trump won states by a large margin.
