Why would it matter? Journalists often ask their sources for information, and then print it. Isn't that protected? Julian wasn't under any agreement not to share classified information the way Manning and Snowden were.

Espionage, conspiracy to commit espionage, theft or conversion of property belonging to the United States government are all criminal charges.

There was no danger of a panic because of those leaks, and none happened. Yelling fire in a crowded theater isn't really apropos here. And the claim that they endangered lives in the middle of the US war in Iraq and Afghanistan would be laughable if it weren't so pathetically sad. Like a mass murderer complaining that someone shoved him while he was gunning down crowds of people.

There was danger to the Afghan informants and other sources who's names were revealed by WikiLeaks. It's not like the Taliban doesn't have internet access.

Pretty big fuck up by the US government not keeping their shit sealed, if you ask me. They should be more careful with information like that.

If you mean trusting that traitor Manning with classified info, I agree. Which is why she should have been locked up and throw away the key. But she checked off the right boxes so she gets to go free after betraying her country and taxpayers get to pay for her sex change. We live in an insane country.
    Thanks from pragmatic

So that's only a problem when it isn't Trump doing the same thing?

Indeed. 'Cause that sex change wasn't voluntary. Then you really hate a whistleblower for holding you accountable for your own actions. When you cut his dick off.
