Why so snide, when I am AGREEING WITH YOU?????

    Death is natural.

    Puppies get put down.

    People get put down.

    This is nothing new.

    More emotions from you.

I am stating facts. It is a legal term used in the law. The fact it upsets your pro-abortion sensibilities doesn't change that fact.

Don't use science against the Dim flat-Earthers here.

Clinics closed, by golly! There must be immediately and fatal consequences.

Except that isn't a fact, it is an opinion. The fact is that legal opinions change all the time, so your "legal definition" is worthless. Once again, medical determinations are what they are. So, I will stick with science. You go ahead, and rely on legal opinion if that makes you feel better about yourself.

I will. When talking legal issue I have no problem relying on legal definitions.

Surgical Abortion you have an abnormal hormonal transition which creates changes in breast tissue that causes future and causes massive depression in week/months afterward.
I hope you are sharing this with the cancer society because they disagree with you. There is an abnormal hormonal transition in pregnancy and much greater. Maybe we shouldn't allow women to have more than one child because of the risk of cancer

And I will always rely on science. Unlike legal "definitions", those do not change. They are actual facts. So the fact is that fetal homicide laws attempt to give rights to fetuses, while simultaneously acknowledging their non-personhood. Badly crafted, irrational, laws that should not exist. I am quite surprised that no one has had the balls to challenge the contradictory nature of the laws in court. None of the challenges, all of which ended at the state level, pointed to the contradictory nature of the law itself. Someone really should challenge the law.

Get back to me when the legal definition of unborn child changes. Until then, all you have is wishful thinking based on your emotions driven by your support of killing those unborn children.
