    Crossing state lines to commit an act like this is a federal crime; this is an act of terrorism, it's very clear.

    This is NOT a state "case" anymore, it's a federal case now, you cross one state to another and commit an act like this, the feds will come after you.

    And earlier in the day, a few of your "defendants" beat a kid bloody in a parking garage WELL before the rally;

    What do you call that? a "meet and greet"??? you libertarians make me laugh, you are fine, oh so fine, with heroin addiction, as long as you get to step over junkies nodding off on the sidewalk.

    Looks like they are going to handle it as a civil right issue.

    Crossing state lines to commit a crime is not an act of terrorism. Crossing state lines and commiting a crime is not the same as crossing a state line to commit a specific and planned crime, and neither are terrorism. What you do not know and what I do not know are the details. A guy from another state drove into a crowd and someone died as a result. Those are the only facts we are privy to at this juncture.

    It is a state case based on what is known. Based on what is known, it would probably play out like the Dylann Roof case.

    That is how the Dylann Roof situation was handled federally.

    The Dylann Roof case was federal, of course.

    Edit: Beat me to it.

    There is nothing to read. Law enforcement is not going to release prosecutable facts at this point.
