    (5) the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that—
    (A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
    (B) appear to be intended—
    (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
    (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
    (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and
    (C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.

    How is that different from Obama calling terrorism workplace violence? You did not complain about Obama. More democrat double standards and hypocrisy.

    The problem is the violence happened because racists democrats showed up to start the violence

    If the democrats had stayed home there would have been no death or violence. I doubt it would have even got much press.

    If he falls below 33% approval rating, it is going get REAL UGLY really fast. That's some kind of magic threshold. I think that's what he has been throwing SO MUCH SHIT against the wall, hoping something will stick--and if he can't, divert everyone's attention with as many shiny objects as possible. Remember last week, 1 major poll had him at what, 35-36% approval rate? That's getting awfully low. BUT he did get a bump a couple of days ago for NK.

    God, we have far too many stupifyingly ignorant people in the electorate. You bet your ass that is elitist. But it shouldn't be!

    Not a fan of Cruz but he's right here. Good for him for speaking out.
