Stand your ground doesn't give you the right to shoot looters. Although I would not be adverse to police doing it from rooftops. Hell, you'd probably only have to shoot one. I bet somebody flailing around on the sidewalk with a hole through them bleeding all over the place would discourage others from doing it.

So...execute someone for theft. Or actually, suspicion of theft as there's been no trial or verdict rendered.

    WTF?

Yeah let all the perishables go bad and rot due to the electricity going out instead of giving them to fellow citizens caught in the aftermath of a hurricane.

Why would you TIE THE ANIMAL? At least let it swim when that time comes. I mean, I wouldn't leave mine to begin with. But if for some reason I truly had no choice, I wouldn't tie them!

    "giving". looting is TAKING.

and since when did flat screens, sneakers, guns, laptops, cell phones, etc, become perishable items?

I don't understand how someone could leave their dog tied up to face certain death like that.
Your life, your kids, your pet? Easy decision. Many people can't afford to go to a hotel friendly pet place. Many shelters allowed, many didn't allow pets. My kids or an animal? Easy!

I suppose the prepositional phrase could also be seen as a modifier of "charges" but the diagram looked better this way.
I want to know how you did that.

6 elderly people boiled to death in their nursing home, after it lost power during Hurricane Irma.

Someone committed negligent homicide 6 times.
