I don't know if there is a worse crime in the world.
I don't think that is right. There are guidelines in most places to ensure that bail is not excessive.

I, personally, think this man should be hung by his balls, and have his penis lopped off - AFTER he's been convicted. Before he's been convicted, he's just a guy standing trial.
    He confessed to it.

I am sure there is case law on it somewhere but it sure wouldn't be happening if it was challenged and defeated.
Really? You argument is based on non case law but what would happen if challenged?

Actually the courts did rule on it.

They said that bail cannot be denied just because it was a sexual crime but its on a case by case basis.

But Justice Clint Bolick, writing for the unanimous court, said the seriousness of the charge, by itself, is insufficient to result in automatic denial of release. He said prosecutors have to prove that the defendant in question poses a specific threat and that there are no conditions that can be imposed that allow that person’s release while protecting the public.

It states that after Keenan voluntarily admitted himself into a Warren psychiatric facility after his release from Trumbull, he told a social worker “he was feeling suicidal because he had been molesting the child victim for approximately the past two years.” It states that during those discussions, Keenan blamed the victim for initiating the acts and called her a “willing participant.”
Not the first time we've heard THIS ^^^ excuse...it comes from a very sick mind.

So, as your links show, it is constitutional to deny bail.

For things such as flight risk, repeat offenders, risk to self or others, or the severity of the crime.

You said you were not aware of any such guidelines. Why is that when they are so prevalent?
