wow, guess that's what I get for living in California. In the majority of states it's not legal to discriminate against gays. I looked it up. 44 to be exact. Leaving only 6 states where it's not.

Sounds a little fishy to me.
There can be no doubt that employees have to walk a very fine line when working for others in a higher position in management. It is admirable that the cashier spoke up as he did.

I was getting ready to say just that.

They'll shut this one down. It's happened before.

    Sounds fishy to me.

The manager never said he refused to serve them because they were gay, and how would he know anyways?

I think this is simply a gay couple looking for an easy payout.

"Our food was late and its because we are gay"!!!!

Can't wait till they start suing cities for traffic jams that happen only because they are gay.

    Not to me.
It's Texas, where everything's huge, except for dicks and brains.

I've worked fast food, if the manager is on the line cooking he doesn't know who's getting what order, he just reads the orders on the screen as they come up.

You don't go up and look at each customer before you make their food.

Were these guys making out or something in the store?

How would he know they are gay?

This is a strange story. The cashier said this, and then said it was just speculation on his part.

And they pre-make a lot of food which means some orders come out quicker even if they order later.
