    You are correct.

There ARE an alarming number of False Flag racist attacks.

Good that we are able to call them out...

Why can't you see that? Is that the consequence you're willing to live with ?
In a word, yes. They'd rather Moore/Trump's accusers shut up and went away.

The overall problem with all this whether its racism or sexual assault/harassment is that one bad apple spoils the bunch. I had the displeasure of knowing a woman who falsely accused a coworker of sexual assault for revenge. It was a he said/she said thing. We all believed her initially and tore into the man to get him fired. Not a year later, the woman admitted she had done it for revenge, she ended up getting into a lawsuit and getting fired. It certainly didnt make all of us think women are liars but it does make us ask more questions. Left a bitter taste in our mouth. I think the point is that there are always going to be those bad apples out there but we have to figure out how they dont ruin the rest.

and I'm sure there are people who have had the opposite experience. Where people didn't believe the accuser and they turned out to be wrong.

Doesn't seem likely people with thinking this FUBAR could succeed at the admissions process for the Air Force academy. Obviously not impossible.....but seems very unlikely.

Far rather cope with that than widespread, aggressive, physically threatening racism.

Wel, okay, but these academies are for the cream of the crop. The kids need a letter of recommendation from a US senator or some such to get in. They are at least as exclusive as any ivy league school, and the admissions process is at least as strenuous.

    Or so I thought.

I certainly HOPE this winnows out virulent racists who actually threaten their fellow cadets.
