If they never would have done those things if it were not because of the storm then the answer is yes.

    Mr. Pragmatist,

Since Puerto Ricans have never been known to go swimming nor climb coconut trees, they must be storm related deaths....

If Leptospirosis claims another 100 lives do you think they will become part of the puerto rican death toll from the storm?

Puerto Rico death toll rises to 45, governor says

PUERTO RICO -- The death toll in Puerto Rico has risen to 45 in the wake of Hurricane Maria, the island's governor told CBS News correspondent David Begnaud on Tuesday.

Gov. Ricardo Rossello said the two recent deaths are believed to be from the bacterial infection known as Leptospirosis. He said the deaths occurred in a Bayamón hospital. Five more patients in Canóvanas have symptoms consistent with the disease, but test results are pending to confirm the infection.

Its leptospirosis and if they contract it as a result of the storm they will become part of that death toll. You may not agree but nobody gives a shit what you think.

Thank goodness our giant techs are stepping in to help.
You mean handing out RICE and throwing out 'soft beautiful papertowels' wasn't helpful?

Even they are likely screwed. Little if any gas available. And that is being rationed. Not to mention 1/2 of the hospitals are running on generators.

You are one callous dude, my friend.
No knowledge of the heirarchy of needs? Need for food, water, air and to be out of pain puts mental illness waaaay on the backburner.
