Free speech may have consequences. Players are a product, when the customers stop buying, the owners will do whatever is needed to survive.

No, the TV coverage of football is a product. The game experience in the stadium is a product. Players are labor--high skill, relatively rare and easily measured labor. Labor that's recently learned how dangerous their labor is for their own health--and how little owners have done about it up until now.

Without the players, there's no product. You can get other players, but the product won't be as good.

Football has been growing in profitability by leaps and bounds over the last two decades. The NFL has been changing itself around to increase profit margins even more while making the game less appealing (because it's less violent).

The NFL was spoiling for a fall and has been for a while. They screwed the players in the last CBA. This goes deeper than the flag, I'll bet.

If that's what was happening, I'd agree with you.

I guess that is how the soviets did it, if someone commit a crime you arrest the whole block because others might know something about it.

Seriously though, you do know that before Antifa showed up the majority of people at that rally were actually opposing and shouting down the corner of white supremacists who were there?

Even if the woman was the worst of Antifa members, nobody deserves to be attacked randomly just for their presence within the group, and literally all people except those involved and some legitimate right wing extremists have decried that attack and anyone involved.

What does that say that to maintain relative moral superiority you need to associate anyone who disagrees with you as a white supremacist terrorist?
Seriously ? He gave a picture completely supporting and 'illustrating' YOUR post... and you fall into some weird rant ?

Is your partisanship so deep, that you can't even see that he and you both gave the exact same message ? Is all you can focus on his picture being an example of a terrorist running a car into a - presumably - left/liberal crowd, because of their political beliefs ?
That ticks you off ? Why ? Because the argument you posted was 'meant' to be for conservatives being attacked only ?

    You weird, dude.

No, perhaps you missed it. What he did was show the scene after the white supremacist guy ran down some people who were on their way to counter protest what was intended as a free speech / uniting the various elements of the right wing into a more united front...

The insinuation being that because a person supports trump that they would support that type of action.

The difference is, you CANNOT POINT to anybody doing anything but recoil at the idea of doing that to someone aside from those responsible and maybe a handful of extremists.

However, look at the response about the Vegas shooting, where people were torn between calling for gun restrictions and praising the deaths of what would be statistically more conservatives / trump supporters.

Similar response when the hurricane hit Texas.

no, it's not the same message... Perhaps you haven't paid attention to the growing vitriolic hate against trump... There isn't even much attempt to discuss facts, just debunked media talking points.

See, I'm talking about the General dehumanization against conservatives... Calling people "nazi fascist kkk" regardless of race if you are conservative. Even Jewish people being called nazi, and Ben Carson is apparently white supremacist. Then, they say "punch a nazi", but a "nazi" is trump supporter.

Gah... I can't believe I am asked to explain this...
