Assuming this shooter was not Muslim, I find it sad that there are no calls to find a solution to these recurring events a la the extreme vetting or blocking refugees bullshit folks spew.

Why limit it to just his first term? We all know mass shootings and bombings were common enough during his time in office.

This scenario is becoming more and more pervasive as time goes on. There are more heinous crimes of murder being committed in these United States. That only serves to exemplify the need for stronger gun control. But for those who would say that guns don't kill people that people do it's high time to pull off the blinders and come to terms with the fact that if people did not have guns to begin with they would not be committing all of these crimes and thousands of lives would thus be saved.

just give that some thought for a while. I'm sure you'll figure out why. HINT....how many terms has Trump served so far?

This is a multicultural multi-ethnic society rife with divisions and mutual hostilities and a "justice system" that isn't. What's more the last election and it's immediate aftermath just underscores the exact state of this "country."

I'm not surprised by any of this. I'm just saddened.

    Dozens killed, dozens injured.

27 dead, 24 injured so far. Seems some uncertainty in numbers

I am so sick of this waste of human lives we ignore. No one is even talking about the last mass killing of over 50 people. This country's mentality is nuts.

May they RIP and my heart goes out to their loved ones.
And the people that support gun freedom at all costs will say, "Our prayers go out the victims and their families." Meanwhile it's easy for mentally ill people to get their hands on guns.
