[GW@72] Trump judge nominee, 36, who has never tried a case...

Only had a law degree three years.

    Never tried a case.

Apparently was a blogger until last year.

    Called unqualified by the BAR.

Yet amazingly, amazingly this **** was nominated to a lifetime federal judgeship and. an was approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee.

A man inherently unqualified on any level.

    So much winning.

Trump judge nominee, 36, who has never tried a case, wins approval of Senate panel - LA Times

Brett J. Talley, President Trump’s nominee to be a federal judge in Alabama, has never tried a case, was unanimously rated “not qualified” by the American Bar Assn.’s judicial rating committee, has practiced law for only three years and, as a blogger last year, displayed a degree of partisanship unusual for a judicial nominee, denouncing “Hillary Rotten Clinton” and pledging support for the National Rifle Assn.

On Thursday, the Senate Judiciary Committee, on a party-line vote, approved him for a lifetime appointment to the federal bench.

Talley, 36, is part of what Trump has called the “untold story” of his success in filling the courts with young conservatives.

    Elections have consequences.

I hope that the folks who vote for third parties or Mickey Mouse remember that when the next presidential election rolls around.

Fair point. I should have said practiced law for only 3 years.

Goof fail. Note that once again goof's adoration for his man titted god has cause Goof to troll endlessly in threads, deflect from the heaving orange bosoms of trump.

Slow on the draw on that one. You missed your usual #2 spot.

Permit me to ask what might be viewed as a stupid question on the surface. Where is it mandated that a Federal judge or even a Supreme Court justice be a member of the bar? While there are a good number of lawyers in the Congress, many of those writing federal laws are not members of the bar. Accordingly, on the same token, why must those interpreting the Constitutional appropriateness of those law be members of the bar. The Constitution established the three branches of government but placed no bar membership mandate on any of them, I must assume that it was perceived that the roles of all three could be filled by any given private citizen.
