Umm... Wow... How can you even pretend that you are familiar enough about this topic to comment?

    You know what? You're right.

Not my area of expertise. And furthermore, I truly do not care if you all want to spend the rest of your lives Jean Valjeaning her to her grave. You'll never convince anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together that she wouldn't have made a better president than Trump, but she lost the election and AFAIC it's over.

I've moved on, maybe you should consider doing the same.

As for the OP, I imagine that this will be back in the Court of Appeals as the judge seems to have not followed their instructions.
If they were not work related then she is under no obligation to keep or reveal them. Powell himself said he deleted all of his. Maybe that's one of the reasons why Comey said there is nothing we can charge her with?

And I didn't think the prosecution could appeal a ruling that was dismissed?

How could the law say that you can delete emails that are not work related and then say you have to prove they were not work related after they have been deleted? How do you do that?

Lmao... Ignorance is not a strength... No matter how much you need to spin your ignorance so you feel better.

Anyone with more than 2 brain cells to rub together already know the reality of the situation and how the country works...

So you still think Clinton is a criminal that needs to be indicted? Just to clarify my thinking, tell me what you believe.

That's part of why people in clintons position sign an NDA forcing them to keep those things separate. You send your cat pictures with a personal email and you send official email with the .gov email address.

Powell same thing, the mere fact of destroying emails is against the law for someone in his position.

Looks like comey violated his oath on that issue too...

It's quite literally like a patient going through cancer treatment where almost half the body (people like yourself) is cheering for the cancer.

You mean Canada? PS I'm not spinning anything, I just honestly could care less about all this Hillary crap.

The right needs to stop demanding validation for their anger. The elections over, they won and they're still acting like victims a year later. It's enough already.
    Thanks from Eve1
