Remember last year when literally one single person complained about a Starbucks Christmas cup and the media acted like it was some kind of national movement?
    Yeah, same thing.

At the risk of being ELITIST, how many born again AL Walmart shoppers use Kuerigs? I don't see the gated community Republicans around here smashing THEIR 'coffee pots'.

The Keurig CEO appears to have backtracked.

Recyclable? How about re-usable? I'm supposed to chuck one of these into the bin every single time I make a cup of coffee? Why?! Because people can't be bothered to make a fucking pot of coffee? I swear I never found the old method to be onerous, especially if you hook a water line up to the coffee maker...but even if you don't. Kripes, man, seriously? Pour in the water, pour in the coffee, push start. Any "waste" of coffee that gets old and poured out...seriously...the solution is to use and throw out a chunk of plastic every single time I want a cup of fucking coffee....???

It's an icon of disposable, hyper-consumerism, fueled by laziness and an inability to do anything...even wash out the glass you use to make your coffee.

I don't even need an excuse.
Coffee is great. But the frigging waste those little devices create is ridiculous. Unless they've done something about that, we've stayed away from them for that reason alone. Costco runs sales on them frequently but they sure don't seem environmentally sound and not all that inexpensive. Well I guess compared to Starbucks, it is.

It took me a minute. I forgot about that. Generic holiday cups, as I remember?

My sister has a dead Keurig. I know, I replaced it with a new machine last Christmas.

Could it be...pissed of Hannity viewers are offing their non-working Keurigs?
