I found I use so much less coffee using it. Since the grinds seep in the coffee and aren't just passing through, I think it can be stronger with less grinds.

Seems to me like a PITA way to make coffee. Does it taste different?

I barely remember coffee made with a percolator, which is what everyone drank before Mr. Coffee. I don't remember it tasting better.

Refresher course. Can't just dismiss the audio portion of morning coffee...

Here I was planning on boycotting them for sponsoring that crap in the first place.

Now I donít know what to do.

Guess Iíll just keep using it.

But, I figured I'd make sure I had the right number, so I called it anyway - this was about 10:00 at night. I was shocked that a person answered. The guy talked me through a few repair attempts, initiated the shipment of a replacement unit, and asked that I use a small box to return one critical piece of the old Keurig before discarding the broken unit. By the time I hung up, the new unit was on its way.

Again - this was at 10:00pm, on a Sunday, during a holiday weekend. Color me impressed.
    I'm impressed!

Some percolators just do it better. But I had a friend of mine had this little nothing pot LIKE THE ABOVE, used it right on the gas burner. Best damn coffee from that stupid little burner pot. You know come to think of it, he was a bartender for Amtrak. Maybe he was 'borrowing' their brand! Never thought to ask.

I watched one idiot do a golf lesson using his coffee machine. I am sure the guy thought it was hilarious but it was pathetic. The clip was well thought out, he had obviously planned it and had a script which only proves how truly demented the man was over a sponsorship. He ends up hitting a drive with a teaching driver into a machine blowing it to bits. He dead panned it as if it was a normal thing to do in your garage. The person likely thought he was making a statement about politics but the only thing I heard while watching it was the echo coming from his ears as wind whistled through his empty cranium.

I can still do that with my finger in my mouth just like I did as a kid. Brings back old memories of me having to make the coffee before my stepdad woke up. We had an electric coffee pot. Every morning he would wake at 7, I would have to wake at 6:30 and make sure the coffee was going so that when he woke up, it was ready. He made me sprinkle salt over the grounds too. He was a jerk.

Something we agree on at last! I love my Keurig! The only difference is I watched the NFL all of my life, I'm not giving it up.
