This video should be used in her defense and then she should sue the pants off the and the council/town/police. I have never seen a blatant abuse of power in my life. Oh wait, yes I have the woman that laughed out loud during Sessions hearing was arrested. Remember a woman was charged during a hearing in January 2017.

She was charged with two misdemeanors: disrupting Congress and unlawful demonstration on Capitol grounds. Each charge carries up to six months in prison and a potential fine.

In July, a judge threw out her conviction and called for a new trial. In September, Fairooz rejected a plea deal. The new trial had been set to begin next week but thank-fully after the DOJ under Sessions was made to look like an ass they dropped the case all together in November 2017.

A union's job is to make sure teachers get all the protections owed to them under the law. Unions CAN be effective in situations like this because they hire attorneys to protect the rights of teachers, including 1st and 4th amendment rights.

Unions don't solve this problem. In California, with some of the strongest teacher's unions in the nation, the administrators make outrageous sums of money, but the teachers don't speak out, because they are living large too.
I won't dispute you here. It's a mystery to me that while California's per pupil spending isn't very high compared to the rest of the country, its teachers are #1 in pay and benefits. Of course, compare teacher salaries to cost of living and their rating drops to about 40th, so there's that....

Not living that large if places like Santa Barbara can't retain teachers because those teachers can't afford to live in Santa Barbara.

America needs to return to a time where weasels like Mr Fontana have to look over their shoulders 24/7/365.

Have men lost their mutherfucken minds.
Why does he represent all men?

Sure he's a total loser but stop with the generalizations. That and the race card are getting old. Obviously this dude is a clown but let's be mature and stop with the irrational extremist conclusions

Mr Fontana should be made to consider the value of using his substantial raise to pay for a personal security detail.

... and you would be wrong... again.

It's sad because we rarely have the Leftist media share these events. It's not about the children, it's about protecting scumbags, because they are teachers. They sealed up one of the teachers in our the district where I live records. The maniac molested multiple 3rd graders, boys and girls.

Note: This is only a tiny fragment of the community of teachers, who I assume are mostly good people. I don't want this to be some generalization. It's about the unions that pull this crap.

In the video, Hargrave makes the case that children learn in the classroom, and it is the teachers who are on the front line. She is soon led out of the meeting by a marshal, and the video cuts to show Hargrave on a hallway floor, screaming as the marshal handcuffs her hands behind her back.

Fontana, who did not immediately respond to Fox News’ requests for comment Tuesday and Wednesday. He told The Advertiser that he stands by the officer "100 percent."

“His job is to make sure we have an orderly meeting,” Fontana said. “He knows what the law is. He knows what our policy is. … The officer did exactly what he is supposed to do.”
I would question the marshal's behavior and the school board, seems unacceptable.

In this case, Hargrave was not disrupting the proceedings but was merely questioning those in power. We saw no attempts to ask Hargrave to finish her question and sit down to hear the answer - the board ignored her and the officer moved aggressively to remove her. What happened once Hargrave entered the hallway is not clear, but based on the video, she decided to leave the forum peacefully, it seems unlikely she was causing any issues for the marshal.

Unless compelling evidence is brought forward, for example - that Hargrave pushed the Marshal in the hallway — she should receive a full apology and the marshal should be fired.
