    He balances the budget by spending State Employees Pension fund.

    California?s pension debt puts it $175.1 billion in the red | The Sacramento Bee

    Even CNBC reported on this when it began in 3 years ago..

    Unless you can cite actual support for this claim, I am quite sure he did not "spend the pension funds."

    Yes he did he spent the pension fund in the General Operational Budget of the State of CA. (you see those monies are not needed at this time so he saw the pile and took it.)

    This just isn't true. It's not legal to do this and it hasn't been done. The state pension fund is shit, and you and I can blame all sorts of Democrats and California liberalism for it all day long, but that doesn't make what you're saying technically accurate.
