They are back on FB and no, I don't disagree with their politics. I disagree with every single rep bringing it up. Enough with the butthurt. There are bigger, more important issues here that aren't being addressed because of the whining over those two.

All they do is make snappy sarcastic remarks. Big deal. They're pure entertainment and have no agenda beyond being two black chicks agreeing with everything Trump says and you guys haven't figured out they're just in it for the money.

"Look, two black women are conservatives!" Doesn't take much to fool, does it?

I know!! Did you see that guy from Chicago talking about the civil rights movement of the 60's? I was cringing. He could barely talk.

Having Mr. Z say that Facebook has no political bias is laughable.

Do you want Congress to enact legislation to enforce some sort of fairness doctrine to apply to FB?

Great point, wanted to isolate it and comment.

Technically he isn't personally, but he is profiting from it - so in the end, he is selling it. It would require investigation specifically on that point. Is he selling data?

Facebook's main money generator is ad revenue. Those ad are generated by user's surfing, which includes Facebook. Those ads then also appear on Facebook, targeting users.

If Facebook disallowed ad companies from generating profiles on people to include Facebook traffic - Facebook would not only not sell your information, but protect it.

Zuck wanted nothing to do with ads in the early days of Facebook not because it looks bad or is unwelcome, because he too disagreed with people's private information being used to stalk them across the internet - boy how times have changed.

Many social media outlets are watching this with their hands tied behind their backs.

We have this way with technology. Shotgun effect and do as much with it as you can - before testing it, seeing long term benefits/ailments and making sure it sufficiently blends with human nature. Often there is 1 company or group who screws up so royally that we all see the real benefit beyond novelty.

Tech boom, .com startups in the 90s and early 00s, unvarnished social platforms, utility networks, phones in every person's hands...

2017 - we go through another round of "net neutrality" tensions with Ajit Pai blowing down the house of cards.
NN loses it's benefits in April 2018.
Zuck and co have many times spoken in favor of NN but have at the same time violated it's own principles.
2018 - Facebook spins into various levels of public turmoil
Zuck gets busted - calls himself out - mentions regulation of social media and privacy "fees".
Now he is in front of Congress...

Anyone see where this is going?
There have been estimates that because of the scale of laws broken that Facebook could have anywhere between 1-5 trillion in legal liabilities....

Seriously, they have never been so weak and exposed. If the push is to regulate social media in a fair way that is open, then can force Facebook and all to live by those rules.

Or, simply push to enforce laws and they will be destroyed by their own corruption.
    Thanks from johnflesh

Twitter, Google and the rest are in the same boat as Facebook.... they can try to sit under the radar, but it's just Facebook first, then Amazon and the rest will learn and fix or be taken down along side.

He's not even under oath. So this is all a government kabuki show to legitimize Facebook, done on the taxpayer's dime. It stinks.

Zuck IS AI. His opinion is clearly biased.
