You are full of shit, most independents are ex republicans so embarrassed by their party that they now call themselves independent to save face.

five38? no one paid them any attention prior to the election.

You all were so sure it was going to be a landslide for hillary, based on polls. polls that oversampled democrats.
FiveThirtyEight has been a major poll aggregate for years.

ESPN paid Silver millions to quit The New York Times and set up his own subsidiary of theirs after he correctly predicted the outcomes of the 2006, 2008, 2010 and 2012 elections.

When I vote republican in the primaries I get all kinds of partisan junk mail from the republicans and vice versa bad mouthing the candidates on the other side of the aisle.

That said, I will probably never vote republican again I am so disgusted at the GOP for enabling Trump and becoming a party of hatred, intolerance, and insensitivity of the needs the poor and minorities.
People may self-identify as unaffiliated but the vast majority lean one way or the other and tend to vote for one party over the over.

I'm following you just fine. Silver has more than 3 million Twitter followers, comparable to Sean Hannity for example, who has led primetime political cable ratings for a long time.

    oh those pesky facts.
Polls are all full of shit until you find one that seems to agree with what you believe. And here your poll is "facts"?

Legit followers? that means nothing to me.

the pundits, the msm, and it's followers, many in present company, believed polls that over sampled democrats and thought hillary would win in a landslide, this is fact,

See my earlier posts. The MSM broadly over-sold Hillary's chances. People assumed, without relying on any scientific data, that Donald Trump would not and could not be elected.

are you really that obtuse?I was showing it as an example of a poll that doesn't follow the regular narrative, suggesting as the poster said "it is what it is". I made no commentary on this polls accuracy or lack of. I'm sorry this is a concept above your level.
