COHEN's law school alma mater, "WORST law school in America"

When this guy started going viral several weeks ago, I looked up his bio. I went to the list of law school rankings around the country. Had to keep digging because I COULD NOT FIND Cohen's law school. When I finally did, it was sketchy at best. Very sketchy compliance and accreditation history. It was not really something I'd ever read about a law school and that included the closed down FALWELL law school when I was looking into Michelle Bachmann's bonafides.

I think TRUMP tapped into the character and quality (lack of) of a loser awhile back then USED (and abused him) and let COHEN do all his dirty work and the rest is history...

The school accepts almost anyone who can pay the $51,000 annual tuition bill—more than 85 percent of its
applicants were admitted last year. Fewer than half of its graduates manage to pass a bar exam on their first try; among
all law school graduates in the country, about 75 percent pass on their first attempt. The 46-year-old school has had to
go to court over the past year to fight for its accreditation from the American Bar Association,

Trump’s Lawyer Went to the Worst Law School in America

Michael Cohen’s alma mater has long been a punchline in the legal world.

The roster of the school’s graduates includes fedeal and state judges, two members of Congress and several high-profile courtroom lawyers and business leaders. But whatever the accomplishments of its most distinguished alumni, the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, once the largest law school in the U.S., does not have a reputation to match. And it never has.

Cooley may be, by some measurements, the worst law school in America. And its standing has not been enhanced by a flood of publicity about the quality of the legal work of its best known and, increasingly, most notorious alum: Michael D. Cohen, class of 1991, President Trump’s longtime personal lawyer and the target of a federal criminal investigation in New York that has clearly rattled Trump.

The school is sensitive to the headlines,...

It seems that Cohen really does not practice law, he just makes money pretending to be a lawyer.

It's only 40 years old, wouldn't you think one would need a tracjectory UP in that period to be consistent and attract the 'best and the brightest'?

Comparatively speaking, Avannetti graduated from PENN. It's lawschool is 168 years old.

PS Average LSAT for Cooley is 141. Average for Penn is 169.

I have no idea, likely though. Does he appear to do legal work in your opinion? He seems to be more like a hard ass executive assistant.

His business card says Attorney at Law for the Trump Organization. Maybe anyone can call themselves an Attorney at Law in NYC. Remember Trump calls himself a "businessman".
