He's not the only one pulling for the Rapture, believe me. This world will be a lot better off if they vacate the planet.

I knew a really old lady back in the day; around ninety or so. Anyway, she finally got pissed because she'd been waiting since she was a girl, everyone she loved was dead, and He STILL hadn't come for her.

I can't say as I blame her, really. A promise is a promise.

yes, I found exactly what you claimed didn't exist.

How many rocks should a soldier have to endure before being able to defend themselves?

It's obvious you never served, and have never been in a life or death situation.... If you have you wouldn't be so cavilier in suggesting one should defend their life with the same inneficient killing tools as the person trying to kill them. Here's a clue for your terrorist friends. Don't bring rocks to a gun fight.

Well this begs a simple question. Do you hold this same view for muslim nations and if so, with the same fervor?

    Please expound.

Yes. It's disgraceful the U.S. government has not made a better effort to pressure Saudi Arabia to end policies like closing off Mecca to all non-Muslims, where exists a permanent tent city capable of housing literally millions of people in relative comfort and is not used for any purpose except during the Hajj. There are many other such governments which could do more to accept refugees and don't. By the same token, officially Muslim states such as Jordan, Lebanon and, to a lesser extent, Egypt, have housed countless Christian and other religious- and ethnic-minority groups in shelter from the conflict. Egypt goes to great lengths to protect its native Christian population. These countries deserve greater support than we currently give them.

When you use a phrase like "your terrorist friends" on an online discussion forum in reference to ... anybody ... you may as well surgically graft clown shoes onto your feet.

I mean, come on. I honestly haven't seen that phrase used in any significant medium before, other than The Onion.

    Couple items.

    1. I agree with you it's disgusting that we are taking in syrian refugees when Saudi Arabia has a tent city to accomodate them but refuses.

    2. They "house and shelter" Christians who are being attacked by muslims, just a point of order. by that same token why are we not pressuring jordan for example to let in more palestinians?

Jordan has tons of Palestinians already. That's where most of them went after 1948.
