Wow! You mean that 71% of Jewish Americans are anti-Semitic?

You didn't think this through very well, did you John?
This does make it confusing of why so many liberals hate Israel and side with HAMA's. They are voters of the same party.

Okay. Anything to praise the shortsightedness of Trump, eh?

This is true. I did work for a Jewish hospital for several years and this is the perception I gathered from the experience. They, for the most part, are loyal Democrats. Jewish people are also very generous. I have been to fundraising events where Jewish Doctors wrote checks that were large enough for me to retire on. LOL The Cleveland Clinic would be a small inner city hospital if it were not for their Jewish patrons.

Too many people think that if a person has any criticism of Israel, at all, they hate Israel. This is bullshit. I don't support the Palestinians, but Israel isn't the knight in shining armor they are often portrayed to be. I try to see both sides, some don't.

Oh, I have seen plenty. Trust me. I think it is due to the religious part of the scenario...same reason that a lot of Christians support them wholeheartedly.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that Jewish voters haven't historically supported the Democratic Party because they believe that liberals hate Israel and support Hamas.

That is just simple minded nonsense.

Of all the promises to follow through on, this is a weird one to choose. What's the advantage to the US? Yes, it further bolsters our support in Israel. But so what? Israel is essentially a ward of the state for the US. They are on the dole, receiving a huge per capita stipend from the US taxpayer, and another huge stipend from individual American Jews, plus they have the effective use of the US veto in the Security Council to prevent them from ever facing any sanctions for their criminal occupation of Palestinian lands. They have every incentive to bend over backwards to stay in our good graces, regardless of where we put our embassy. So, by moving it, we buy ourselves an international headache to please a country that should be working to please us. I can see an argument for recognizing West Jerusalem as Israel's de facto capital, just as we should recognize East Jerusalem as Palestine's de facto capital, but what advantage is there, to the American people, in putting our embassy there?

Many of those Christians who "support them wholeheartedly" (including Robert Jeffress) do so only because they want Jesus to come back to Earth and drown them in a river of blood.

    That's not very nice.
