    How Bernie Won?

uh, Bernie didn't win. He lost. But, that's the title of a new book by Jeff Weaver. A better title would be "How Bernie Helped Trump Win". I mean, these guys have got a lot of nerve. There is still a lot of resentment out there over how Bernie held the DNC hostage until he got the concessions he wanted. A lot of resentment because even after he was given far more than he was entitled to given his HRC margin of victory, his supporters still refused to concede the nomination to HRC. That's not saying that HRC didn't make mistakes during her campaign. But, for the love of God, this is just going to divide the party. Coming from someone that isn't even a Democrat.

Weaver is all over doing his book tour right before midterms. Still ranting and raving. Now here in NH we have Bernie's son running and the DNC isnt giving him financial help and he is now ranting and raving at democrats. So another one causing division and a ruckus.

I could be wrong, but I still think Bernie is planning to run again in 2020. We had a local paper here following him and he hasnt been in Vermont more than 6 days over the last 7 months or so. Instead he has been doing town halls and doing rallies all over. I think thats a sign he is coming again. What will the DNC do?

I agreed with bernie on about 30% of his policies but i respected him. I thought he had principles. If he won the DNC nom, he would have gotten my vote.
Then he sold out to Hillary. She is the EXACT type of person he has railed against for 30 years. He lost my respect. And his dignity.

I do think Sanders supporters are a lot like Trump supporters. Both want to blow up and destroy their respective parties. Am not sure either knows what they want to start over with though.

Seems like the Sanders family is trying to drag the Democratic party to the left by attacking it, which is insane and doomed to failure. But, as you say, it will continue to cause division and ruckus, and might pull some people out of the party entirely to join the far left. Aargh.

It is possible, though I do not think he will get the nomination any more than he did in 2016. He is pushing an agenda whose time has not yet come (on the whole), and he is just feeding into the Republican efforts. Someone needs to sit him down and have an uncomfortable conversation, and I do not think the DNC leadership would be able to succeed in that effort.

Kasie Hunt what? She would be 35 at the time of the 2020 election, but hardly qualified in any sense of the word.

Well years ago Bernie said how much he hated democrats and thats why he stayed an indie. He was a member of the Peoples Party in VT, but nationally that reeked of Communism so he ran as an independent. Honestly even though he is far left, I think its more about him not politics. He is a lot like the far left Trump. I just dont know how the DNC gets rid of him, their biggest nightmare is he runs third party in 2020. They would want to prevent that so maybe Perez will keep him happy if he runs as a democrat.
    Thanks from the watchman
