Calm down. She was patted down, not manhandled. This is from the only “source” claiming “manhandling”

A source familiar with the case told The Washington Times the search was even more intrusive: An agent patted down Mrs. Manafort before she was allowed to get out of bed.

    The horror!!! Lordy

since, the alternative is they're so corrupt they even get Trump appointees to go along with investigating Trump, I'd have to vote in favor of this particular argument. There's not even a name for how absurd the argument is coming from Trump and his supporters. We have to use profanity along side any adjective we used before, or it just doesn't quite seem to describe Trump's America.

You'd think that if the Democrats were crafty enough to turn all of these Trump appointed Republicans in the DOJ and the FBI against him, they'd have been smart enough to win the damned election to begin with.

You expect Manafort to take the stand? I don't believe he will take the stand because he can only open himself up to cross examination and he'd have to answer questions he'd rather not answer. By the way, would you feel that the FBI raid was too rough if he had been a drug dealer or something? I don't see the difference myself. In both cases the FBI raids places like this because they know the chances of evidence getting destroyed is pretty high if the suspect is given advance warning of the FBI coming in to search the place. Also please keep in mind that Manafort is suspected to be a member of organized crime=yes, Russian/Ukrainian organized crime=what do you think his daughters were talking to each other about when one daughter said to the other daugher that their dad's fortune was from blood money? I know for a fact that Manafort will not flip on Trump as that would require exposing some Russian mob members. Manafort would be a dead man if he did that. There is no witness protection for this guy that would keep him safe and he knows it. He is better off going to prison as he knows the Russians will not killed him as long as he stays quiet.

not if the goal was to impeach Trump. Yeah, I know...it doesn't make any sense.

Ahh... You figured out the underlying conspiracy!

Couldn't impeach him unless they first made sure he won the election, huh?

    Brilliant!!!

Because cops assumed she sleeps with a gun between her tits or something? Really?

Manafort maintains his innocence, but even worst case, there's no connection to Russia or collusion or influence peddling... It was tax issues, like the wrong form filled out. International finance laws are complex enough that it allows for selective enforcement anyway.

The trial is about determining guilt of the defendant, not evaluating the behavior of the police. The latter concern is address pretrial and concerns only the admissibility of the evidence.

Just a typo on a form, huh?

    That's funny!
