Lmao... Look, they were SO CERTAIN that Clinton would win, they didn't even get the chance to cover up any of their crimes. So, mueller was part of that insurance policy...

Oh we haven't got to the best part; the whole surveillance of the trump campaign was under direct authority of Obama.

How many of the strock and page messages have you read? DNC emails? Clinton emails? Podesta emails? (I don't recommend reading podesta emails, they get pretty dark when you learn what he's saying)

This isn't about justice, this is about "never trump" becoming "impeach trump" and enacting the "insurance policy" in what to do if trump were elected.

What legal theory would that be? Is witch hunt an official legal theory?

Why would you think that I'd give a damn about the private gossip that took place amongst the participants in a losing campaign? What the hell does that have to do with anything?

He asked what legal theory? I said, to paraphrase, the law of the jungle.

The entire process is so completely corrupted (at least towards trump) that it's to the point where even if trump gave Putin a tuggie to get his people to hack the election that no real court could ever accept the evidence pointing to trump in the first place.

Yup... Just like I stroked out when I said on forum when both manafort and Flynn would be indicted, 1 week and 3 weeks before the actual indictments and what the charges would be.

Of course. It has no bearing on whether the defendant is guilty or not, and therefore is not appropriate for trial. It might be appropriate for a pretrial motion, but that is before a jury is selected and/or outside the presence of the jury. It is a legal question for the court to determine and does not present a factual question for the jury to determine.

    Nah, not even close.

It was about the legality of a jury being shown a theoretical video of an execution of a search warrant
    Thanks from Ian Jeffrey
