    Derp. That's a British case.

I mean, seriously. It is pretty well established by this point how you never read or reconsider anything you post.

You just throw shit against the wall and see what sticks.

McConnell essentially blackmailed him earlier in the year, saying that if he put out a statement affirming the Intelligence Community's views that Russia was trying to help Trump, he'd get accused of all of that and more.
At that point he was already between a rock and a hard place.

He knew he was involved in sedition.

We haven't even arrived at Obama's treasons (Yes, plural) yet.

He had good reason to be nervous.

By definition, the sitting President of the United States, who runs the government, can't commit sedition ...

I grow tired of this. You guys just have no idea what you're talking about. At all.

Clearly there are very strict guidelines in letting lay person's opinion to be used. This email clearly does not meet those guidelines.

This pertains to calling witnesses to the stand, not emails, i.e. hard documentation. The word "email" doesn't even appear in your article.

    Insert coin and try again.

The established order is that the president is not involved in selecting their replacement.

Obama, through his actions, sought to overturn that established order by subverting the constitution and your electoral system. That fits sedition...

One thing is for sure......whatever alt-left website that fed Lunchboxxy this anonymous email feels this is the strongest evidence in the released docs. Otherwise, they wouldn't be pushing out to the lemmings as a smoking gun.

Shows how weak the case is.

Here is a link to preliminary findings

    https://www.feinstein.senate.gov/pub...dings-9-am.pdf

In its limited investigation so far, the Committee has found evidence of multiple contacts between the Trump campaign and Russian government officials or their intermediaries, including offers of assistance and purported overtures from Vladimir Putin, which warrant further investigation. The transcripts released today represent Committee interviews with just five of the eight participants in one such meeting—the June 9, 2016, meeting between top Trump campaign officials and Russians offering incriminating information on the campaign’s opponent.

As discussed in more detail below, the Trump campaign accepted this offer of “official documents and information that would incriminate Hillary [Clinton],” which was also described as “part of Russia and its government’s support for Mr. Trump.” Top campaign officials Paul Manafort, Jared Kushner, and Donald Trump Jr. did not reject the offer of election assistance from a hostile foreign government. Nor did they report this offer to law enforcement authorities. Instead, they attended the meeting. Afterwards, Donald Trump Jr. issued misleading statements, with assistance from the White House, that concealed the meeting’s true purpose.

Obama committed none of the actions you've ascribed him to. I've pressed you several times for evidence and, as usual, you've supplied none.

No head of government can be charged with sedition against the government. It'd be like charging a firefighter for water damage.
