    True that.

I am a retired US Marine (Naval Aviator) and a retired AA Captain. That makes me a very, lowly, retired unknowing janitor. Good for us both.

    Dubious claims at best.

You have got to be smoking some great weed to even think this is in the cards. First of all, when Trump says the Korean Peninsula, he means North Korea. When NK says Korean Peninsula, he means North and South Korea. If Trump gives that away to get his condos on the beach then he should be tried for treason.

But when Trump agreed to a summit, you Trump groupies called it a stroke of genius. Then when he called it off, you called THAT a stroke of genius. Then when he said it was back on, you called THAT a stroke of genius. And now, when he has walked away from it with apparently not really much to show for it other than a vague promise to keep talking about 'denuclearization', you think Trump deserves the Nobel Peace Prize.

But the Trump that voters gave us - screws up everything great and small

What are you even talking about? The person that was directed at made a claim which I find highly doubtful. He needs to back it up or say he's full of bullshit.

Your claims of experience ring hollow.
While admittedly, my left seat experience was limited to the 150 or the 172, your point is valid. However, perhaps of equal importance is the impact of temperature on aviation fuel when flying aircraft capable of continuous flight in differing climates. Temperature may cause the fuel to expand or contract requiring measurement to be based on weight as opposed to liquid volume. Such is critical to the computation of available flight time with fuel gauges based on weight. However, the purchase of fuel is based on liquid measure as opposed to weight.

I really don't care what "the left" wants. I don't care what "the right" wants, either. Suspending war games during the negotiations was the right thing to do. How can a peace summit be successful when one side is still playing war games? That's a no brainer.

I'm also highly skeptical that Trump can actually come up with an agreement that includes Kim Jung Un giving up his nukes and international inspectors to keep him honest (trust, but verify). That doesn't mean I hope they fail, of course. A peace accord would be a great step toward world peace, and maybe even a start to giving the people of North Korea a little bit of the freedom they've never known.
