He was on probation for a felony.

"Lindsey previously had been arrested on domestic violence and arson charges and was on felony probation."

It takes a minimal amount of critical thinking skills Can't let that interfere with an emotional outburst.

So, it was not a legally owned gun.....just another example of how criminals ignore gun laws.

Yeah, Florida--the GUNShine State, the NRA petri dish!
No, it doesn't. It's that whole "innocent until proven" guilty thing.
Do you really want the government to have the power to take away constitutional rights without a conviction?

Could be. The system failed on many fronts in the Stoneman school shooting.....but it was still the fault of the NRA.

He shot all 4 kids and himself. He has a long rap sheet including several domestic abuse charges. But then GUNS are a GOD-Given right here in Florida. Woman being safe? Who gives a shit! He shot them with a LEGAL gun.

The officer was in critical condition but expected to make it.

Florida man who killed four kids during standoff got a gun despite domestic violence arrests and probation violations

A Florida man who shot a police officer in the face before killing four children — and then himself — had a lengthy criminal record on domestic violence and other charges.

Gary Lindsey critically wounded the Orlando police officer during a domestic violence call late Sunday night and then took his and his girlfriend’s children hostage, reported the Orlando Sentinel....

I agree, this is beyond horrible, but then whose fault is it? I'm blaming the shooter.

So if a guy isn't ARRESTED but has a judge order a restraining order against him, he gets to keep his gun?

I guess that just means he just has to shoot her from whatever amount of FEET or yards are specified in the restraining order.

You blamed the gun. Remember that?
