The DoJ / FBI at the highest levels is totally out of control. Trump should start firing people with Sessions first and Rosenstein second and I am sure he has a list. It's time to clean house.

We have over 2 dozen FBI Agents that want a subpoena so they can testify before congress, under oath, to out their bosses.

You notice that Nunes has gone dead silent. He threatened Rosenstein, Rob gave it right back to him.

That is what happens when you pit a Dairy Farmer against a qualified FBI Leader who has taken on worse than Nunes and Trump.

And a Congressman cannot be charged with obstruction exercising that proper Congressional oversight. Doing so would violate separation of powers, the Speech or Debate clause in Article I, Section 6, Clause 1, and would be fascistic. Gee, the left going in again for fascistic means, shocking, not.
isn't Rosenstein a Republican and a Trump appointee?

You miss the point entirely. The point was that so very many Americans voted for Trump. Leftists here act like voting for him was some sort of unique event.

Hillary lost. She ran a race to gain the most electoral votes and got stomped into the dirt. The competition was not about getting the most votes. So the candidates didn't compete on that element. It's just a side effect of Hillary going to the most populous states and Trump going to where the electoral votes were. A pretty stupid strategy of her and smart by him.

Rosenstein has butted heads with House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes for months over a subpoena for documents related to the Russia investigation, but the battle spilled out into public view Tuesday after Fox News reported staff on the committee felt "personally attacked" at a meeting with Rosenstein in January.

Justice Department officials dispute the recounting of the closed-door meeting detailed in the story, and Rosenstein plans to "request that the House general counsel conduct an internal investigation of these Congressional staffers' conduct" when he returns from a foreign trip this week, DOJ said.

"The Deputy Attorney General was making the point -- after being threatened with contempt -- that as an American citizen charged with the offense of contempt of Congress, he would have the right to defend himself, including requesting production of relevant emails and text messages and calling them as witnesses to demonstrate that their allegations are false," the official said. "That is why he put them on notice to retain relevant emails and text messages, and he hopes they did so."

Staffers for Devin Nunes apparently threatened to hold Rod Rosenstein in Contempt of Congress in a recent meeting. He told them if they did, he would have the right to subpoena their communications and put them on the witness stand to prove them wrong. He's 100% right about that.

Wow this is just flat out nuts. But then again it is Nunes.
NUNES IS A PIECE OF SYCHOPHANTIC TRASH DOING TRUMP'S BIDDING!! What has Trump offered him? Women, money, invites to Mar A Lago, better committee assignments? WHAT DOES NUNES OWE TRUMP? And how has this RECUSED congressman gotten away with it this long?

    PAUL RYAN IS BALL-LESS!

He's going to lose this battle - We all know what his intent is and that he has proven himself untrustworthy of classified information.

Time to slap him with obstruction of justice.

Little Devin's opponent Andrew Janz has a real chance of knocking him off in November.

Devin Nunes | Andrew Janz | Donald Trump | District 22 race | The Fresno Bee

And he's doing well with fundraising to pay for awesome billboards such as this
